- Charles 4 Sheriff
- Charles Massey El, is the 2012 Candidate for Sheriff of Harris County Texas. He has been a Deputy with Harris County Sheriff's Office since 1991 and served as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the HCDO Union and is currently a member. A native of Pennsylvania, Charles has been a Houston resident for 30 years. He has been involved in community service efforts and served as Campaign Chairman of the Sam Houston chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. He currently holds a Master Peace Officer certificate and a degree in Banking and Finance. Prior to joining the the Sheriff's Office, Charles was employed in the Banking & Finance industry for over twenty years. He is the father of four and grandfather of nine.
